Have used this program for years - loads the previous year's data in a snap, great assistance for entries if needed . . .only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that this year it showed my return as having a risk of audit but none of the possible reasons did not apply to my return.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Charged me twice for the state refund, even though the software claimed free filing. NEVER AGAIN
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I am a 8 year user . I have had good luck using their programs, from the question and answer to just going straight to a specific form. I tend to find something and stick with it until It lets me down. So far I'm happy. I haven't needed to use the online support so I cant comment on it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Sending in just the state or the fed, not both

There are times when you need to send in just the state or the fed. That way you can send in the one to get a refund and pay off the other one.
Pros: Easy to import documents
