the program did not tell me how I was paying my state tax check or e w/drawl
It did tell me me about my fed tax and when it was to be withdrawn.

Key does not work while using in windows 8 laptop

The key that was sent out instead of cd disk did not work. It said it was outdated and said it would not work with usb #3. It needs usb #2 port. While transferring to state return it didn’t send all information which made state return unable to efile and was told to print and mail return. I’ve used hrblock several years and was disappointed this year.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
