H&R Block software is easy to use and I feel confident in getting the maximum refund. It is constantly being updated and there is online assistance available. It is the lowest cost tax software available. I have been using it for years.

Good Product but whats up with the processing fee

Used this product for years. Overall good Product but whats up with the processing fee when paying your taxes via credit card. It's outrageous. Who gets that fee? It wasn't clear that there was this fee until almost to the very end.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can't believe I was paying to have my taxes prepared by a CPA, when the H&R Block software was so easy to follow the steps and get my taxes prepared and filed, 1.,2., 3.

Very easy to use. Imports last year's return which saves lots of steps. Have been using this for many many years. Tried competitors product on free-trial once and found it relatively cumbersome.

Only 80% of the data loaded when using the import function. Software allowed for a max of 5 digit pin while the IRS submitted a 6 pin.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
