I have used H&R Block Software for my taxes for years, but a bit disappointed recently. If I recall they USED to have a "shoebox" concept where you can just take a tax form you received from a broker or other company and just enter the data from whatever you received from it. So, in that way I wouldn't have to wait or determine which "interview" segment I had to go through.
Also, I couldn't seem to determine how to go BACK a PAGE when going through an 'interview'. So, moving around seemed to require more steps than I would expect.
Otherwise it does deliver as promised!
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents

SUGGESTIONS: early in interview process, ask client if they intend to eFile. During interview process, make it OBVIOUS with on-screen visuals that the return in progress has not been eFiled. Each time SW is restarted, give notification that client is working on a return that is NOT YET eFiled. After eFiling, make visible success indicators much more obvious.
