As a multiple year user this program is very good to use. As long as your taxes are not real complicated it only takes a couple hours. It asks all the right questions and fills info from previous years.

I am happy with it. But on time i noticed that it was frozen. As I changed some data, it did not effect the total on the Federal window. So I had to delete the software entirely and reload it and then had to start from the scratch.
Pros: Easy to prepare
