I never have had so much trouble with H and R block.
I have already sent in my daughters taxes and it still shows not filed.

This software is very easy to use and intuitive. It guides you through most of the questions you need to answer. Since I only had retirement and investment income, I did not get into what may be some of the trickier details such as how to calculate both refundable or non refundable credits.

When filing, I owed a balance which I was ready to pay. After filing, the program did not take me to the Pay1040 site to make the payment. It caused a lot of confusion for that process.
