Makes most typical tax returns easy to file. The only thing I didn’t like was that on a few deductions I had to read some complicated instructions make my own calculations.

It's not too hard to use, but any little change will require the next upgrade level. It just keeps asking for money. Also, they charge a little extra for the state program, and then they further charge if you actually want to file the state return (buying the state program doesn't include filing it), and it's not clearly written before you buy it, it requires clicking on different links to find a list of prices. It's a bit misleading, but I guess it'll get the job done.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
