I have used the software for a number of years. Ease of use, carryover and auto-fill of data from previous years, and transparency to underlying tax schedules when needed makes this tax prep software a keeper. Don't change a thing.

after a review of return before filing - H R Block software indicate an issue but it hard to figure out what missing and needs to be fix.
I would suggest more info to correct the issues by explaining what missing or what wrong.
Otherwise I enjoy using the software for over 15 yrs.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
I would recommend this to a friend!

There's no option to prepare the local tax forms. What a piece of junk software.

This product stinks. I have never been able to e-file and I follow the instructions they provide to address thie reason the return was rejected and it leads to a dead end. This will be my last year using this software!

The only thing I had trouble with is finding where I needed to post my required minimum IRA distribution (MRD). Ultimately after much searching I went back to the FORMS and found the place to post the information. It would have been helpful if somewhere in the GUIDE, the fact that the RMD was located under the wages, salaries, tip etc location ... Other than that, things went along quite well.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
