Too hard & complex to download. Also, can"t print the fed and state returns unless you print all the accompanying work papers and forms. Too much printing, not enough printing options.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

What I like (and don't like) about this version

More affordable than Quicken, less spam ads in my inbox, and each year it improves so that I get more accurate audits and recommendations. Plus I can share my returns with my attorney who uses the same software to do his taxes.
I wish there was a version that I could buy that includes the fee for e-filing my State returns, because having to pay that separately is a little inconvenient.

I have used H&R Block software for about 10 years. 1 year I compared with going to a tax professional, the only difference was the tax professional was more expensive than the software.
