Until 5 years ago I used your competitors tax software, although they sent out fixes for bugs in their software it was problematic to use. What finally convinced me to try Block software was when the competition decided to charge extra for forms and schedules that were needed to prepare even simple returns, and had been included at no extra charge in prior year releases.
Block is simple, straight forward, easy to use, and a good value for the price.

An error in the software caused a delay in being able to file electronically. The problem was eventually resolved by Block, but I spent many hours trying to report the problem initially & later trying to find the status of problem resolution.

I've been a life long TurboTax user, this year I could no longer justify the price increases they wanted to charge. I decided to try the H&R Block software after reading a couple of reviews, I should have switched years ago, the H&R Block software is so much easier to use.

I believe the product does a good job however having to run it at a screen resolution other then I normally use makes it very hard to read what is on the screen.
I often have to use a magnifying glass, not something that I want to to
