The product is easy to use and provide guidance where needed. The IRS random updates are a pain but don’t seem to affect my submittal. I will continue to use the program in the future.

The software downloaded quickly to my computer. I felt it would be most efficient to enter my 1099r forms by hand, which the software allowed. I had several since and I only had paper copies. Once that was completed the program was thorough and efficient in completion of both Federal and State tax documents. Filing electronically was easy but did include an additional fee for electronic filing of the state return. I received follow up emails notifying me my returns have been accepted within a day. Overall the software saved me time and ensured accuracy in completing and filing my tax returns.
