I've been using HR Block now for almost 20 years, and it's been a wonderful tax program, but this year I confronted a problem with the form 1099-C (cancellation of debt), which does not appear in the forms list.
Will you include it in the future? Also, could you add a kind of index, so we can find a form a little faster?

I use a Mac and your product does not work well with it. Second year in a row it tried to charge me for state though I bought deluxe. Getting it fixed took days. Software updates wouldn’t work and I couldn’t file my taxes till they did which took another day. Unless you fix your software to work on Macs I’ll have to go elsewhere

Download from Fidelity Investments failed miserably. I had to input information by hand because the H&R product failed, evethough it said it could do the download.
Cons: Hard to import documents
