There are a few changes/issues with this product. Overall it does a good job of calculating your taxes however you should be aware that not all 1099's are imported (those from annuities, at least in our case were not.) In addition the feature to compare married filing joint vs married filing separately was removed in the 2025 software.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using your software since you first published it. I have had to upgrade once I started investing. Talking to friends that still go to an accountant. I save hundreds of dollars.

Program can’t handle casualty loss properly, especially the carryover (NOL) to the following year.. that’s a real issue. Telephone help spotty and incorrect

This is the 17th year that I have used this software to file my taxes. I abhor filing taxes but, this makes the job a little easier. I will use it again in perpetuity. The reason for only four stars is because I don’t like when it makes you go through screens that don’t apply. Also, it has the ability to read your documents in from your employer, but it has never worked. I don’t know if that is on the program or my employer.
