In all the years I have used this was the second time the program had issues. ÌT would freeze. I would still use the program.I would have liked to been able to talk too a real person. I could not find that option.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

My state taxes were denied three times. After making all corrections(there was one), the software seemed to incorporate the changes, however, must not have and now I'm late.

I like the program but was disappointed to find that it does not print Form PA-40X when when preparing a PA Amended return. It will only print the PA return with the Amended block checked. The Pa Dept. of Revenue requires that Form PA-40X must be submitted with the PA Amended return to be properly filed. The program does not let the filer know this.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

This product seems to get a little weaker every year with respect to letting you know what it is doing and why - especially with regard to State returns. Fixing the Verification Results was also more difficult than it should be - as some flagged items are hard to find on the underlying forms/worksheets. I might compare to something else next year in order to know if it is still the best choice for me.

Cons: Hard to import documents
