I have used your software for many years, but have noticed it is getting more complicated to use. Couple of examples: 1) When getting ready to Efile federal, it asks if my wife filed the previous year. Never seen this before, and feel it was not necessary as my wife and I have filed jointly for all the years using this software - so it should already know. It was unclear if I should answer yes or no - as technically she did file with me jointly. I called the help desk and they could not satisfactory answer my question and even requested I contact local office for clarification. 2) When checking for accuracy, it highlights data information for clarification (not necessarily errors). When I update and clarify the info, it does not recognize that I have reviewed it, clarified and completed the data. Still flags as potential data error. 3) I have capital losses that are being carried forward from previous years, system does not highlight this fact (although it does mention it at one point in the process). I want to specifically see it in the "Go To" section

All good except when I went to electronically submit my PA State return. Entered my credit card and the return was rejected. Had to re-enter card to submit and essentially charged twice. Had to go through my bank to get the 2nd charge removed.

I was unable to download 1099s directly into the program. I entered manually but wanted to double check entries but was unable to do so. I used a MacBook air for doing my taxes.
Cons: Hard to import documents
