I am pleased with the product overall. I do wish the ability to view a print-ready version of the return was simpler. The forms are a bit confusing to review as compared to the final product.

The program gave an option of receiving a check for the federal refund. They only allow bank deposits or credit card refunds this year. I have been able to get the refund due to verification issues.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used this tax product for 5+ years and have been satisfied with it. However, this year the code to submit your 5 free federal files (which typically pre-populates), populated aan incorrect code. Scares you while you are trying to figure out why your returns aren't being sent. So not a flat 4 star... more like 4.5.
