i felt that this years 2025 federal return was lacking and being such, i had to resubmit my return due to errors that were not showed as a concern when i submitted the review my return button. There should have been a flag to alert me.
Cons: Time consuming

Used to be fairly easy. Had questions and all I got was an AI option that did not answer what I needed. I liked to be able to call someone with a quick question. Probably will be leaving after maybe 40 years?
