I’ve been using this software for years. They had small brick and mortar Tax Prep offices all around the country decades ago, well before the internet or any user PC tax software was thought of. That speaks experience to me.

Not as user friendly as Turbo Tax. My Fed return was rejected as I forgot to include my pin. As a result my Arizona tax was put on hold until I fixed my Federal return. I had to pay again to get my state tax filed.
I used H & R Block tax software as Turbo Tax does not run on Windows 10 and my old desktop will not allow me to update to Windows 11. I'll upgrade to a new desktop before next years tax season.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
