Not very happy with the software. It doesn't always make sense when you have to go back in to check something.
Also, I didn't do the discounted state that was offered, and couldn't get back to the offer when I was ready to do it.

Not bad, but software updates are never explained

It does the job. I have the Mac version.
My only complaints are:
1) The software has updates about every three weeks from Jan-April, right up to just before April 15. There is never any information available regarding what the update is about. Is it fixing bugs? Adding forms? This creates concern that if I file my return early (Feb or March), it might contain errors. HRBlock should clearly explain details of what’s in the updates.
2) The Backup feature never works, year after year.
My only complaints are:
