2024 ALL UPDATES downloaded. Was an absolute DISASTER. Program did not flow as in the past. Could not get back to sites to enter late received forms. NEVER a problem in the past. After using all five(5) attempts at a federal return gave up and paid, at significant expense, a local service. Program was TRASH and seriously considered NEVER AGAIN.
2025 After 2024 and cooling off, decided try ONE more time. Purchased online. The process of downloading and activating made me think "SUCKERED AGAIN"! But, after several frustrations was able to get the program successfully installed. With much trepidation/foreboding, I was unexpectedly surprised and pleased to experience the same quality of preparation I had become use to for the 15-20 years prior to 2024.
Will now be gun-shy each time in the future.

It is easy to install and use. It imported my info from last year and it took me less than an hour to file my return. My return was simple since I used standard deduction. It would be more challenging for those who file itemized deductions.

Quality app, the only sore spot was the introduction to the form 1099-DA. This was challenge I think a lot of us, including the various tax software weren't fully prepeared for. II sure next tax year we'll all will have a better handle on the matter.

Over L am happy but was unable to correct occupation list on the return. I the occpation had been imported from prior ear and was no longer correct. Help in the software was sparse and the AI answers did not work.
