A total disappointment for 2025. The IRS has rejected my return twice now. This issue is validating my AGI and PIN from 2024 which I also filed with your software. I used the exact correct information. I have not found any alternative options that work. I also filed my state return and paid a transmitting fee. You are holding the state return.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After gathering documents — always the hardest part — completing and filing was a snap. The only unpleasant part was having to pay to e-file the State return on top of having already paid to purchase the software which included ‘free’ Federal e-returns.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Was sending my return and said needed to update before it could be sent. Upon completion of update, it said I had used all my free federal transmission and needed to purchase so had to purchase to complete process.

I have purchased this every year to do my taxes and it makes it pretty easy. I have never had a challenge from the IRS as to any portions Of the return. My only problem is the price is doubled! Is that because of the cost of gasoline lol

It felt like this year, the program was not organized as well as past years. I kept getting my taxes rejected and didn't find out until the third time that I needed to include a PIN from the IRS; which then I remembered that I was reminded by the software then
