I have been purchasing this tax program for over 15 years and it has been great! It is easy to install and actually makes doing your taxes an enjoyable experience. If I have a question or need help, the "help section" that is included in the program helps to answer my questions and also provides a link to the IRS publications for in-depth information. It would be great to reward long-time customers with a 50% discount on the program (hint!!).

Many promises about support but nearly imposible to get someone to help. The knowledge base could not solve my issue and the Virtual Assistant when around in circles unable to resolve. There no offers for a support phone number. Tried calling a number offered on Google but no response.
