I have bought H&R block software for several years. I have found that I have a very difficult time finding where to enter certain info and your information "help" is sorely lacking! It only directs you to the main
topic. I wanted "go here->then go here->then go here". This causes a great deal of frustration on my part to the point that I don't think I will buy H&R next year!

Not a fan of your "disappearing" the prior years' filed returns. Been a customer for 10 years. Also, when President Biden allowed OS to use a 3 year average for income, you could not seem to come with the form. Even though you had a FULL YEAR!

I've used this product for years, and this is the first time I found it confusing at best, and errant at worst. Following the prompts and having the form filled out in the background led to some fields being populated incorrectly. Changing the information directly on the form was not possible, but finding how that field was pre-populated so I could fix it was impossible. The State package also botched a few fields, so much so that I couldn't submit my form using it. I expected my return to go smoothly but ended up wasting far too much time chasing down errors.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
