Using for 9 years gets better each year I have a somewhat complicated return with 2 rental properties and I depend on it's thorough features to keep me focused. Downloads from brokerage saves much time and ensures accuracy.

I have been using this program for over ten years. I tried using the other main tax program for one year, but it did not meet the same standards as the H&R Block tax program. This, in my option is the best Tax program you can purchase.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I worked through my entire tax return and then locked my computer to feed my dog and do a few things. I ended up just going to bed and figured I would finish my return the following day. I opened my laptop the following day to finish up the final review and submit my tax return and nothing was saved. I made what I felt was a reasonable, but apparently silly, assumption that the software would auto save from page to page. Nothing saved I was basically left with a message asking me if I would like to start a tax return

A total disappointment for 2025. The IRS has rejected my return twice now. This issue is validating my AGI and PIN from 2024 which I also filed with your software. I used the exact correct information. I have not found any alternative options that work. I also filed my state return and paid a transmitting fee. You are holding the state return.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After gathering documents — always the hardest part — completing and filing was a snap. The only unpleasant part was having to pay to e-file the State return on top of having already paid to purchase the software which included ‘free’ Federal e-returns.
