I liked the software but is not quite as smooth to use as turbo tax. I found it to be a bit more reliant on the user knowing which parameters need to have entries made but I had no problems working my way through the data entry. I did have a problem importing a W2 form since the form was easily found but the state withholding was not entered. I found this out when I went looking for why my state tax owed was too high. When I corrected the W2 form the tax owed was then corrected.
