A bug in the Mac version corrupted my file. After a lengthy conversation with chatGPT (support was useless) it was determined that I had to by a windows computer to clear the fault.
From now on I will be using an accountant.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I have used it for several years and have not been disappointed with the federal portion of the software.
The state portion particularly California leaves much to be desired. A customer must complete form 3801 two different ways and must manually pull data from work sheets to populate form 3801. It is a tedious process.
