State Program for Mississippi needs improvement

The Federal return results are good, but for several years I’ve had difficulty getting a refund for the State of Mississippi to be credited to next year’s taxes. I am referring her to the downloaded tax program instead of the online version

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I used to run last years tax program side by side with this years and found it’s easy to complete the taxes using that procedure. However, this time I was unable to run the 2 programs side by side and that was very annoying. Please explain why that happened.

The software is OK. Except it wouldn't electronically file my return. The support is nonexistent and the AI is useless. After 22 years, I'll be using a different software next year..
