Software worked great - except three issues. (1) Mac software failed to update from within the software - needed to go to the update center (a hassle), (2) I couldn't obtain the State Version I bought without calling the Support Line to have them send me a link, and (3) your software advised we could file for Mary (deceased) - but the IRS rejected and we had to jump through hoops to file with paper - and now the refund is delayed.

When I printed my return for my records, you xx out my bank account number (good) but left my social security number visible in numerous places. So unsafe!
Even though I filed with you last year, none of my prior year numbers were available for a year to year review. My return was prepared with you but the irs rejected it because my car dealership didnt file necessary papers. Still, the return should have been able to be returned.
Compared to Turbo tax, your explanations of instructions were very minimal and often didnt explain well
My senior return is very basic with interest, dividends, retirement income and a standard deduction. It shouldn't have been as difficult as it was to complete using your system.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For the past 2years I had work with your help desk to get my free state return software… it was a painful time consuming process.
Also, the fact that I had to pay for filing my state return was unacceptable.
I will be considering other products next year.

Federal taxes were quick and easy even though I had multiple income sources. CA Taxes were quick and easy as well. MN taxes were not covered well.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

For the cost of the software it should have included free filing of the state tax return. Should have had better guidance for some issues that required an override.

I've bought you tax software for about 10 years and I'm generally happy with it. However, there is one improvement I've expected to see for several years. Please ajdust the software so I can see the questionare and form in full-screen mode. Not being able to do that adjustment takes me much longer as I can only increase text in a small portion of the form, which increases my chances of making errors!
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!
