Didn't find the product as user friendly as I hoped and was surprised to not be shown any refund despite doing an itemized deduction.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

Been using this product for over 20 years, including my businesses and retirement. Never a problem with the IRS or otherwise. My only complaint, however, as I grow older, my eyesight is not as it used to be and now I find it difficult to read the forms and input. I wished there were a process to increase the font size within the program without changing the entire monitor.
