This software had so many bugs and issues this year. I had a very difficult time getting the forms to populate correctly. I had to use another service to compare final results because of it. Almost switched to another company but finally got everything fixed at last minute.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this product after using Turbo Tax for 8 years....TT would no longer import last years form,even though I used the SAME computer....did not show 4 years of past tax forms....

Early releases are full of problems. Users are the testers. What should be simple data values are not coded as its intened for use. Software development is problematic overall. Please pay actual users to test this. I've been a user for 20 yrs. Last 3 yrs has been the worst.
