Doesn't do a very good job explaining certain sections such as the car loan interest recovery. Still confused. Second year using as was previously using TT and likely will go back as I feel it always did a better job with the walk-through.

I bought it as soon as it came out. I made a mistake and got Deluxe but no state. Bought a new package, because the cost was the same for the state and the new package. HR did not figure my taxes correctly, the state made changes to my return.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The federal portion worked fine, but the state never pulled into it what i paid in taxes from my work w2. I tried multiple times to figure out how to manually input it but it would never let me it kept saying I owed money to Illinois. I had to go onto the Illinois department of revenue website and fill it out manually and submit it. I paid extra to have the deluxe with state to not have to do that but it didn't work.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
