1. Can't import Merill Edge 1099-B. 2. Can't import Robinhood Crypto easily. Steps are way too complicated.

No archival copy available of software for order. Not backwards compatible with OS. Still fairly easy to navigate screens if familiar with previous versions. After 20 years using the H&R brand software it may be time for a change.
