Have used it for many years. it continues to let me down when filing even simple returns for state of PA. There is always something that crops up at the last minute that prevents e-filing, that is unexpected, sometimes unfixable, or very poorly explained. Just a lack of attention to detail.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used your Tax program for many years now. This year, I had a problem with entering my second 1099-NEC. In previous years, my 1099-NEC's generated two separate Schedule C's, so I could put in my expenses and other costs. This year I tried MULTIPLE times to get to that second Schedule C and was unable to. When I contacted support they were unable to assist me. Very disappointing.

I have always used another tax software. I found HR Block cumbersome to navigate, hard to get an explanation of what was to be filled it, very hard to send somewhere to print the return.
The script fonts were too light a color and too small to read easily, and no apparent way to make the writing darker and bigger.
Not happy.
