Have used for decades, it just throws more phantom errors each time and the usability never improves, especially when dealing directly with forms,

I was puzzled about Social Security payments. I don't get SS. When I got to the SS part, it gave me a choice to Skip or Next. I chose Skip. Later it was flagged for some problem with SS data. Should delete Skip enter 0 SS payments after tapping Next. Or maybe I didn't understand.

Good, but ........

Software is easy to use, but I couldn't E-file my return because "AGI did not match IRS records", per IRS rejection reason. The AGI, as entered, was correct. It was too close to filing date so I changed the return to file paper copies. (More work and expenses!!).
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Very disappointed that the federal did not carry federal interest to the Indiana state return and I had to file the state manually. I pointed out the problem weeks before the deadline but it never got fixed.

Cons: Hard to prepare
