Got me through another year. Only issue that I had was that prior years info did not transition to this year's return. Since I had to enter all the info, a data issue was my fault and my return was rejected. I found the transposed data and second submission was accepted. Program was very responsive to correct the issue.

Something that should be implemented is for the user to enter ALL family members information on the same return with all their information. The program then should be able to tell the user the best way to file for everyone. Who should file separately, who should be a dependent, etc. As it stands, the user has to run through various scenarios and create multiple returns accordingly. This is very time consuming.

H&R Block is the Most Thorough Tax Program

H&R Block is the most meticulous tax program. It's very comprehensive, whereas some of the other programs seem to be a little too general. The addition of AI Tax Assist this year is a plus.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
