I would not recommend using the software for Wisconsin State filing. Several data mistakes on my return! The time figuring out the mistakes did not make using the software very useful. Weak guidance in the state return software.

However, this year the Michigan State tax calculations did not include the necessary changes for Flow Through Entity reporting. I had to separately find the form and fill it in manually, I then had to adjust manually my Michigan 1040.

Have used your products for as long as you have had them. Probably my last year as you did not have access to Merrill Lynch’s data this year. And after several conversations with your support they hero lying and telling us it would be in the next update. Never happened. Very disappointing. Turbo tax apparently did have access so I guess we will all switch.

Normally I rate this high, but I was extremely disappointed with the support when a software bug is identified but can’t be fixed in time for a release. I expect I would quickly be sent to an advisor to determine a workaround. Instead I experienced poor service!
