I have been using your product for many years but I was totally disappointed this year since you do not partner with Merrill Lynch anymore. Typing all the financial investment data was unnecessary if you had worked with Merrill to resolve the issue. This is the end of the line for me. TurboTax works with Merrill, why can"t you.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good features but no online chat tax pro support

Product works great, works as functions and goes into extra depth compared to online portal. Like the AI feature. But the thing that will differentiate if I return and is a deal breaker is if there is no expert chat with the online tax professional. I may switch as that is not available with the tax software

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Have been buying for several years, but this time I had a glitch, in that, the program would not update. Luckily there was a fix for the software if it had somehow got corrupted and after I ran that option the problem did update. I don't know if it was due to Windows 11 or not but like I said first time I've had a problematic installation.
