Overall I'm pleased with the H&R Block Deluxe Software. I have been using this each year for about the last 5 years. I like that I have access electronically to my records and that most everything pre-loads into the system. My only real complaint is around filing in two states. It's not straightforward and it makes you duplicate entries that I think should already be there. As an owner of rental property (just 1) I'd also like some guidance on what I'm allowed to deduct or what would be expected. It gives me the option to add, but I haven't used office space or personal car as deductions and I'm not sure how to add them now.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
