Does a good job of translating that IRS gibberish. The tax code is soooo complicated that it is unlikely to be penetrated by anyone who is not an accountant or lawyer. Even with my basic, simple finances; I couldn't get it right. Needed a security blanket.

Terrible UI, riddled with bugs

W2 imports had several bugs: misused data and couldn't ever get SSN correct, even with direct ADP import or phone scan. Had to enter manually after 25min of frustration. Saw after manual entry that there were huge changes in overall tax situation, making it clear that the auto-imports had many errors (or data mis-used). Happened for both my W2 and my wife's, so not a unique issue.
~50% of the time copy/paste is disabled for no clear reason. Always-on-top floating windows are maddening when needing to check various PDFs for data to enter.
Many very poorly worded questions (eg: "monthly rent" when really it meant annual total), very terse explanations and instructions.
For one of the 'standards' in the industry, it was frankly embarrassing. Won't be using again

The product is simple to use and the AI assistant is very good. The planning section of the product still leaves a lot to be desired in that it lacks provisions for retirement income, social security income, and for seniors (retirees) to effectively use it to determine estimated tax payments.
