The only thing I don’t like about the tax program is when you go to print forms, they print them backwards meaning they print the last page 1st and sometimes I don’t need those last pages wasting paper and ink
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have used H&R Block software for at least this entire century so far. It has been simple use and well worth the money. I expect I will continue to use it, as long as it runs on my computer and not just in the cloud. It would be nice to have the help contain links to the referenced IRS docs or a simple method to copy the correct doc name and search for it.

I have used H&R Block tax software for over 20 years. This year I ran into an issue with a new schedule I had no experience with and was getting critical errors during the accuracy review. I used the new AI help function and within 2 rounds of questions, my issue was totally resolved. I submitted my taxes and the IRS accepted them within an hour.

Easy to use and understand. The Deluxe version is the best except it needs to add Form 7203 which was added two years ago with Schedule K-1. Once that is done, then it will be the best!

It took a while to get used to HR Block worksheet screens which I found to be confusing at times.
Scrutiny of data entry found several duplicate entries
Review screens and items listed should be better explained - how and when necessary to revise
