Missing essential explanations and communication

Not easy to find answers for field explanations. I had to redo several times and do internet searches for field explanations and what caused the issues on the return. Specifically the Property credit field and the AGI when efiling. I had an amended return last year. I used the AGI based on the amended return causing the return to be rejected. Information re to use the original AGI, not the amended AGI should be clearly communicated when efiling AND when communicating re the rejected return. I had to do an internet searches for field to resolve the issue!!!
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
