I've been using H&R Block tax software for years and continue to be satisfied with the product and results. I really liked the "ask AI assistant as you go" feature this year. Little concerned that price of the program has risen a fair amount the last few years, but sticking with it for now.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Have used your program first over a decade. This year there was a problem...IRS rejected my taxes because the AGI did not match what the program a ND my paper copy said. No idea why. Will have to mail instead of e-file now.
Pros: Easy to prepare

this program was much harder to use than previous versions. I suspect your AI programmers are not doing a good job on producing easily readable code. Please review their code more closely next year.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Happy with the product

I've been using H&R Block tax software for a long time now and I trust it. It's easy to use and it calculates everything for you. It lets you check your work. That way, you can correct anything that might be a red flag. I just wish it was easier to save the PDF file. So, you don't have to print the forms. Currently, you have to go through a third party to do that.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
