When printing returns the program should not print forms that have nothing but zeros!

The software is good, however I had difficulty downloading and because I tried downloading more than 6 times, I was locked out. I reached out to the company but no response. Had to pay for the software again at a higher price. Not happy about that. Maybe next year I’ll use Intuit.

State was automatic after doing the federal return, which takes most of your time. Everything worked well and only one form required extra attention.

Have been using HR Block and Turbo Tax interchangeably for many years. Must say that this years HR Block is the clear winner... it loads easily, works smoothly, handled complicated tax issues with a minimum of fuss, and yes, I did get a better than expected refund.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used H&R Block Tax Software for ten or more years for a reason: it proves fairly easy to use, and when I do have questions, it has links to references that answer the questions. I feel safe that their line of questioning does not leave anything open to chance that could lead to problems.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

The H&R Block software was easy to use and understand! It made the tax process doable and did a great job putting it all together for me!

Charged me twice for filing State Return

All went well until it came to filing the return. I put in my credit card info and tried to submit the return. It said I had to upload an update first. After uploading the update, I tried to submit again, and it has me re-enter the credit card info. I e-filed both Federal and State. When I saw my credit card transactions, I saw that I was charged twice.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
