Great software. One big issue I have is there is no back to where you where option. Not the "back" button. But it would be nice to have a list drop down as to where the last 10 pages you were on. Otherwise no problems. Been using it for 20+ years.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not again!

At this point, I do not even think I should give it a one star. Two years ago, we could not even efile our taxes because of a glitch on HR Block's end. Then this year, it "flagged" numerous issues on our return that were 100% correct!! I re-entered numbers that were already valid and it still "flagged" our return federal return. Again, it was 100% accurate. Then we could not efile the state return due to another "flag" that did not even apply to our situation!! Also, another return I did for someone, would not allow to efile because they had more than three depreciation items on their return. No where does it state that when you buy the program
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My return is complex and some of the input for an S corp is tough to follow, especially the last few boxes. Also, the error checking for items imported from the broker saved me time and then wanted to verify them which was tough. Submitted both electronically and made out the check, then forgot to put the check in the envelope and mailed that envelope. Then, all new envelope, new 1040

Ridiculously difficult to navigate if you want to backtrack and check or correct something; takes you back to some random point and you have to find your spot again like an early explorer.
