Pretty good, but lacks some detailed information that you still need to lookup on IRS.gov. The tax system is too complex. It is a great product if all you need is a basic 1040. No phone number to call for help.

i am still wondering why you offer 5 free fed returns free with a deluxe with state program costing almost 3 1/2 times EXTRA to file when 90% of the state information is coming from the Federal program. give up 2 FED filings and add 1 free state program instead for the same price.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Been using for over a decade. This year I was going to have to do an estimated tax for 2026. Unfortunately the program only guides you through a worksheet but never comes up with an estimated tax solution. In years past I recall it being a little more comprehensive and provided much better guidance.

Charged me 4 times to file state return.

Easy to use. Do not file state and Federal returns electronically together. My credit card is now showing 4 transactions for filing 1 state return.
