Overall OK, but I had to pay for the state submission even though I bought the DeLuxe that included the state. Then the state one got rejected and I had to pay AGAIN to resubmit. So basically paid 3 times for submitting my state taxes

EFile issues and software glitches - no support

I have used this software since 1998. The efile limit is not accurately applied - I am allowed to efile 10 returns (all types) and they are stopping me exactly one short of the ten I need. NO ONE to talk to. I also cannot figure out why it's assigning two states to everyone just because I have downloaded two states. The software is glitchy and support is essentially non-existent.

The product couldn't update itself and couldn't do key things without it. Had to update manually. Overall experience bad. Price is higher every year and experience isn't better. What am I paying more for? It's not like you rewrite it better from scratch every year. And persistent fussy irritants like fields that can't be pasted into remain from years past, too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
