User interface is great, it takes filers through the tax return easily. I dropped one star because it shows two different addresses for mailing the return in Louisville, KY. One address is incorrect.

Good program. Easy to complete most taxes. The update that allowed the loss on K1 Form was not available until very late (after April 1st). These updates should be available sooner.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I have used this software many times before. This year I had one problem when I did an upgrade the software said it was a success but it wiped out my previous data entry’s. I had to start over. I did save the data. When I tried to retrieve the previous safes data it said the file can’t begin with a 1? There was no 1 in the file name? I redid all the data entry and safe again a few days later I upgraded another update. This time it said it again. I restarted the computer and it loaded the saved file. You need a step that says after upgrading restart the computer.

Less confusing than Turbo Tax - Ran on Windows 10

For the most part, the program worked as expected. I had used Turbo Tax for the last few years, but I switched to H&R Block because Turbo Tax would only run on Windows 11 (NOT run on Windows 10) and
I do not have Windows 11 on my Dell Optiplex desktop computer. My only objection to Turbo Tax was that some of the entries were a bit confusing, and at times it seemed to be problematic in switching from one task to another.
