Miscalculation HSA contribution for both partners

The software works for most part of our tax return. But HSA contribution section has a major flaw, it only count each of household partners separately, not considering that one household member could contribute to both on one W2... the software always marks the extra contribution ( for the partner) on the W2 as excess...
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Long time user. Easy to use. I am confident my return was correct.
Sometimes hard to understand how final figures are arrived at and hard to trace back - for instance, this year, not sure why it was better for me to itemize. Also, it would be useful if I could use the planner to gauge for the next year how much I can do of a Roth Conversion before going out of range for the 24% tax bracket.

Last year’s return was much easier to complete. This year I had a glitch with the ability to enter data. I called the help number and left my phone number for a call back, without losing my place in line, however I never received a call back. After a couple of hours I called again and waited for approximately 25-minutes before a lady answered, who I could barely understand, who was unable to help me with that issue. She put me on hold again so that she could speak to her supervisor. Again I waited on hold for about another 20-minutes until the call was dropped on HR Block’s side. After about two and one-half hours I was finally able to figure out how to get the program to accept my data numbers.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
