Good value for cost and has everything I need. The help on big topics is good, but for narrow topics it could be better (like finding out where I had entered specific data in the "interview" mode, such as a qualified charitable distribution).

This software is ok. It is missing forms that I needed for Wisconsin and it would not allow me to e-file my state taxes which is a royal pita. I feel TurboTax software is a superior product.

It's buggy. Many times your Stock trades values are modified with a value copied from another group of trades. I run the software on a Mac OS Sonoma 14.6.1

Prefer a physical disc to downloading software.

Had way too much difficulty downloading the software. Would gladly pay extra to buy it on a DISC. The reps who helped me did a great job, but they too struggled with it. Took as long to download as it did to complete my taxes.
