Difficult software because you cannot send state tax by itself. It does not give you a place to enter AGI.
Also Energy Credit form not easy to use
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product is OK to use, but help topics are quite poor. Instead I had to to find answers to my questions in google.
I have been using the program for many years, but i believe it would be more difficult to navigate by a beginner.
Also, the price is higher than desired.

I’ve been using this software for years, but I think I need to make a change next year. I keep getting the same error, it thinks I have a foreign address, and they really overcharge for their service fee if paying by credit card.
